RESULT

Beautiful, functional, unique application

Competitor Research

The Bottom Line:

  • Competitors offer networking and referrals, but not specifically mentorship.
  • There is variance in results timing – for some competitors’ apps you have to sign up and take and assessment, some you have to attend an event, some you can begin using immediately.
  • Competitors offer Virtual + Synchronous, Virtual + Asynchronous, and Multi-Format options.
  • BNI’s Knowledge Bank for networking is an enticing option, a way to get immediate results.
  • Personalized vs General solutions vs  the time the user spends inputting data to get a solution.
  • Levels of Access/ Membership.

User Stories/Flows

The Bottom Line:

  • Sign Up should be easy, and free.
  • Create options for personalization to enable finely tuned results, but allow for users who don’t want to be bothered with long forms.
  • Baseline experience is virtual + asynchronous, but users who want to can seek other formats.
  • A rapidly accessible knowledge base creates value and brand impression early.
